The internet offers the unique ability to circulate vacancy details to high caliber applicants at the touch of a button. The cost to the supplier of the website is minimal, merely server space and bandwidth. Unfortunately the inevitable dot.com gold rush has led, in our opinion, to grossly inflated costs to recruiters. Many current jobsite's have focused on large advertising campaigns to gain market share, inevitably passing this cost to their customers.

Whilst some promotion is necessary, we believe this large spend is more a case of protectionism - he who spends the most, sells the most.

People looking for a job, looking on the internet, are looking for websites. Our decision is therefore to reduce the costs, to create a service more accessible to a wider audience of customers, and hence have much greater content. The first choice for any job hunter or changer, will always be the site with the biggest choice.

Our position as Northern Irelands largest, and one of Irelands largest publishers gives us the benefit of marketing through our existing publications, including Recruitment, the weekly jobs paper.

The first thousand vacancies posted onto JobsNation.net every week will also be carried as free lineage adverts in Recruitment. Television advertising will be carried at the conclusion of our first sales cycle.
